Happy Sing-Along is a monthly concert of popular Chinese and dialect songs with a comedy skit, held at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) and streamed online. On the centre’s event page, Season 4’s next dates are Wednesday 28 October, Wednesday 25 November and Wednesday 9 December 2026, then 27 and 28 January and 17 March 2027, with times listed as 12.30pm and 4pm.
Tickets cost S$7 plus a S$1 admin fee, unless the page says otherwise for a date. The centre says to buy only through sgculturepass.gov.sg or the SISTIC website, to avoid scams.

Who is it for?
The page says the concert is for all ages and is performed in dialects and partial Mandarin. A family whose grandparents enjoy dialect songs, or a group of friends who sing together, may find it a good fit. A group with no dialect or Mandarin speakers may still enjoy the music, but the comedy skit will be easier to follow for those who understand the language (our reading).
The page also says that this season members of the public get a chance to be on stage to show their vocals, so a group could plan to join in. It does not describe how to sign up; ask the centre, whose office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, on +65 6812 7222.
How can a group plan the outing? (our suggestions)
- Pick a date and session time together: every 2026 date is a Wednesday, and 12.30pm and 4pm suit retirees, shift workers and anyone free on a weekday.
- Buy early through one of the two official routes, since the auditorium has a fixed number of seats.
- If someone cannot come in person, share the Facebook or WeChat livestream instead; check the link on the event page before the session.
- If several of you hold SG Culture Pass credits, each person pays from their own credits; our SG Culture Pass guide explains who has them.
What to check before you buy (our checklist)
- The date and time on the ticket, and whether it matches one of the listed Season 4 dates.
- The purchase route: sgculturepass.gov.sg or the SISTIC website only, as the centre advises.
- Whether the S$1 admin fee applies on the SG Culture Pass route; the page does not say.
- The livestream link, if the outing is hard to fit in.
