Esplanade’s Mosaic Music Series page shows five upcoming ticketed concerts between 19 October and 1 December 2026: Silica Gel, Dee Dee Bridgewater with Helen Sung, Patrick Watson, Diana Krall (two nights) and DOMi & JD BECK. For Esplanade concerts in 2026, these are the series’ indie, rock and jazz nights from October to December, with headline “tickets from” prices of S$58.50 to S$74.80. All admit ages 6 and above, and two are standing room only. Esplanade also sells concerts outside the series (its membership page mentions Hayato Sumino’s piano concert on 25 October), which this guide does not cover.

The headline price needs care. Each “from” figure works out to exactly 10 or 15 percent below the cheapest standard price on its page (our arithmetic), and the pages do not say how it is set. The sums below start from the standard prices, add the SISTIC booking fee and show what four people would pay with and without a free Esplanade&Me Discover membership. On 17 October 2026 each event page carried a “Buy tickets” link and none showed a sold-out status in its page data; seat availability was not checked. The first concert, Silica Gel, is on Monday 19 October, two days after that check.

Which Esplanade concert suits your group?

Every date is a weeknight (Monday to Thursday, going by the weekdays the pages print). Patrick Watson (7.30pm, Theatre) and Diana Krall (8pm, Concert Hall) both play on 24 November, so a fan of both needs Diana Krall’s second night. With no intermission listed and latecomers not admitted until a suitable break “if any”, a late arrival could miss most of a one-hour set (our inference).

  • Silica Gel: Esplanade describes a South Korean indie rock band blending psychedelia, art-rock and indie pop, back after Baybeats 2025 with its third album, Ballad of You (August 2026). Suits friends happy to stand for 90 minutes; an 8pm start would end about 9.30pm.
  • Dee Dee Bridgewater with Helen Sung: a GRAMMY and Tony award-winning jazz vocalist in what Esplanade says is her first Singapore visit in more than a decade. The only date with two sittings; the 9.30pm one would end about 10.30pm.
  • Patrick Watson: the series page describes chamber pop and cinematic soundscapes. Two price categories, Cat 1 at S$90 and Cat 2 at S$65; the page text does not say which seats each covers.
  • Diana Krall: the series page notes her sold-out show in 2024. Two nights, six categories and the highest prices of the five.
  • DOMi & JD BECK: Esplanade calls them “new-gen jazz whizzkids”. Standing room only, so not the one for a group that needs seats.

From the FAQ printed on each event page: food and drink are generally not permitted inside venues; for some shows, food and drinks bought at the foyer bars of the Concert Hall or Theatre may be taken in (the pages do not say which), and at the Annexe Studio, which has a bar in the venue, eating or drinking is “no issue”. The pages say nothing specific on the Recital Studio. Photography and video are generally not allowed indoors unless stated (visitor FAQ). The Dee Dee Bridgewater, Patrick Watson and Diana Krall pages list assistive listening; the other two list no access services. Esplanade’s pages say all venues are wheelchair-accessible and give 6828 8377 (Customer Experience) for access help.

How much do the Esplanade concerts in 2026 really cost?

The ladder below runs from lowest headline to highest, before booking fees, as read on 17 October 2026 (unchanged since 3 October). The gap is the headline figure against the cheapest standard price.

  • Patrick Watson: from S$58.50; cheapest standard S$65 (Cat 2; Cat 1 is S$90). Gap S$6.50, 10 percent.
  • Silica Gel: from S$61.20; standard S$68. Gap S$6.80, 10 percent.
  • DOMi & JD BECK: from S$67.50; standard S$75. Gap S$7.50, 10 percent.
  • Dee Dee Bridgewater: from S$74.80; standard S$88. Gap S$13.20, 15 percent.
  • Diana Krall: from S$74.80; cheapest standard S$88 (Cat 6; Cat 1 is S$268). Gap S$13.20, 15 percent.

Those are the same two percentages as the member specials on the pages (10 percent for White and Discover, 15 percent for Black), but the pages do not say whether the headline comes from them, and the fit is poor. Diana Krall’s specials apply to Cat 1, 2 and 3 only, and Patrick Watson’s to Cat 1 only, yet their headlines sit 15 and 10 percent below Cat 6 and Cat 2, which those specials exclude. Silica Gel’s headline is 10 percent off although the Black tier is listed at 15 percent. A concession price is another possible source: each page has a concession tab whose prices we could not read (our speculation). We cannot explain the figures, so do not budget with the headline: the checkout total is the price.

For Dee Dee Bridgewater the headline equals the Black tier’s 15 percent off S$88, and Esplanade’s membership FAQ says Black cannot be purchased. A White member, or a Discover member buying two tickets, would pay S$79.20 for a standard ticket (10 percent off S$88), not S$74.80.

What does a group of four pay?

Illustrative sums, at standard prices, with the SISTIC booking fee as Esplanade’s FAQ lists it (S$5 a ticket from S$50.01 to S$70, S$6 above S$70) and no concessions. First figure: non-member. Second: a Discover member buying all four tickets in one order with the 10 percent special (minimum two tickets, only the categories the page names, and the member terms allow up to four tickets per production at member prices).

  • Silica Gel, S$68: 4 × S$68 = S$272, plus 4 × S$5 = S$20, so S$292 (S$73 each). Discover: S$244.80 + S$20 = S$264.80 (S$66.20 each), saving S$27.20.
  • Dee Dee Bridgewater, S$88: S$352 + 4 × S$6 = S$24, so S$376 (S$94 each). Discover: S$316.80 + S$24 = S$340.80 (S$85.20 each), saving S$35.20.
  • Patrick Watson Cat 2, S$65: S$260 + S$20, so S$280 (S$70 each). No special covers Cat 2.
  • Patrick Watson Cat 1, S$90: S$360 + S$24, so S$384 (S$96 each). Discover: S$324 + S$24 = S$348 (S$87 each), saving S$36.
  • Diana Krall Cat 6, S$88: S$352 + S$24, so S$376 (S$94 each). No special covers Cat 6.
  • Diana Krall Cat 3, S$198: S$792 + S$24, so S$816 (S$204 each). Discover: S$712.80 + S$24 = S$736.80 (S$184.20 each), saving S$79.20.
  • DOMi & JD BECK, S$75: S$300 + S$24, so S$324 (S$81 each). Discover: S$270 + S$24 = S$294 (S$73.50 each), saving S$30.

Two assumptions sit behind the Discover figures. The member terms allow up to four tickets per production at member prices “subject to availability”, with a quota on special tickets, so we assume all four tickets in the order get the special; if the quota runs short, the total rises. And we assume the booking fee follows the full price, since the pages do not say whether the band is set before or after the discount. That matters only for DOMi & JD BECK, where the discounted S$67.50 falls in the S$5 band: the Discover total would be S$290 (S$72.50 each) instead of S$294. For fee bands across a larger group, see our SISTIC booking fee worked example.

Is Esplanade&Me worth joining for these concerts?

The membership page calls Discover a free tier that “welcomes everyone, anytime, with no conditions”. White costs S$50 a year or S$500 of yearly spend, and Black cannot be purchased (S$1,000 of yearly spend; the tier text also mentions a donation). Our reading of the five event pages:

  • Two or more tickets to a concert with a special: Discover matches White’s 10 percent for free.
  • One ticket: the Discover special needs two, and a S$50 White fee at 10 percent pays back only after S$500 of eligible tickets. On our arithmetic, a single S$88 ticket would save S$8.80.
  • The early-bird windows are over (the latest closed 23 August 2026). Diana Krall’s page lists member priority booking on 22 July and public sales from 28 July 2026.

The member terms say specials apply only to the ticket categories named for each event and to non-concession tickets, that online buyers must log in with the SISTIC account tied to their Esplanade&Me membership, and that Esplanade may amend or withdraw ticket specials at any time. For the tiers beyond these concerts, see our Esplanade&Me membership tiers worked example.

What to check before you book

  • The event page on the day: date, time, room, price and sale status. The ticketing terms say the promoter may alter artists and advertised details.
  • Everyone needs a ticket, children included (FAQ); all five list ages 6 and above.
  • Standing room only for Silica Gel and DOMi & JD BECK.
  • The checkout total with fees, divided by the number of people, and whether your category is covered by a member special.
  • Tickets sold are non-refundable; the ticketing terms grant refunds for Esplanade Presents programmes only for cancelled performances, not postponed ones (the FAQ says refunds are optional where a postponed show has a known new date); resale is not allowed.
  • Concession tickets may be checked at random, and without proof you must upgrade to a standard ticket.
  • Esplanade’s series page names Esplanade.com and Sistic.com.sg as official ticketing channels and warns about phishing, so check you are on a genuine site before logging in.

Next step: pick a concert, open its event page and compare the checkout total with the sums above. For other dated programmes at Esplanade, see our guide to Kalaa Utsavam 2026 in November, plan the night with our concert outing guide for groups, or browse going out.
