Energize 2026 is a free evening workout programme at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC): every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm on the centre’s Concourse, Level 1, with Fight-do on Mondays, yoga on Tuesdays and Pilates on Wednesdays. The event page lists it until Wednesday 30 December 2026, says beginners are welcome and gives the classes in English and Mandarin.

Admission is free, with pre-registration on the Healthy 365 app. Walk-in registrations are accepted on the day, but you still need the app to mark your attendance. The programme is organised by the centre with the Health Promotion Board’s Healthy Workplace Ecosystem and Team Axis Pte Ltd.

Which class suits a beginner?

The page welcomes beginners but does not describe the level or content of each class, and it does not explain what Fight-do involves. Check the class description in the app before your first session.

Our suggestion, not the centre’s advice: pick one night and go to the same class every week for a month, then review how your body feels, rather than trying all three in the first week. Because each class has its own night, choosing a class also fixes your weekday. Bring water and a towel, and if you have an injury or a medical condition, ask a doctor first.

How can an office group attend together? (our suggestions)

  • Agree on one class night, since the three classes fall on three different weeknights.
  • Have each person sign up on their own Healthy 365 app; the page asks for pre-registration through the app, and attendance is marked there too.
  • Name one person to check the event page on the morning of the session for any change.
  • Plan around public holidays: Monday 9 November 2026 is a public holiday for people whose rest day falls on Deepavali, Sunday 8 November (see our public holidays page), and the event page does not say whether sessions run on public holidays.

What to check before you go (our checklist)

  • The session for your date in the Healthy 365 app, and the class on that night.
  • Whether the class suits any injury or medical condition.
  • Attendance marking on the app, whether you registered ahead or walked in.
  • The end date: the page lists sessions until 30 December 2026 and says nothing yet about 2027.
