Yoga and Aerobics
27 Feb 2010 7:00 am - 31 Dec 2013 8:00 am
The most important benefit of yoga is physical and mental therapy. The aging process can be slowed down by practising yoga. By keeping the body clean, flexible and well-lubricated, it can significantly reduce the catabolic process of cell deterioration. For aerobics, the benefits include increasing heart rate and deep breathing for extended period of time. During this activity, your body produces more energy and delivers more oxygen into your muscles. Regular aerobic workouts increase your ability to take in and transport oxygen more efficiently. A combination of both exercises will enhance your well-being and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
